We are so grateful for Cap! We stopped by with a flat in the middle of a road trip. Not only did they fix us up super quick, but we got some great conversation and a little play time with his fur buddy, Rollo, too. Super nice, super efficient, and greatly appreciated. We will be sending our family in Charlotte this way, for sure!

Great staff and customer service! Exceptional knowledge and work! Willing to beat other prices and go above and beyond! Does more than just tires and brakes, THEY DO IT ALL! I can't say enough about the service received and I think it's great they are available all hours at night too, especially for us night shifters! Definitely will be bringing my truck here from now on! They have the best prices around too!!!!!

Skinny literally took the best care of me. He was honest about the tread life on my tires and worked with me to find the best solution possible for what I could afford. He was super professional & caring from start to finish. I was already super stressed about my car and tires and he made it much easier. I can’t compliment the service enough.

A technician cross threaded multiple bolts during a previous visit replacing tires… The next visit when I broke a bolt off, the dread headed guy demanded me pay for repair to damages that I didn’t incur claiming wear & tear (the car is 3 years old). Now instead of doing regular brake maintenance & relaxing today, I have to contact my insurance provider & lawyer to file a claim over the hub replacement ($250 part). Go to Satto Tire instead this won’t happen & they’ve probably got more locations closer to you. *Edit* The fact that they were this staunch over $10 in bolts & lugnuts proves they prioritize profit over customer safety. Do NOT go to these guys in the rock lot.
